SUMMARY

To maintain buffet in an attractive, safe manner in order to satisfy guest needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Maintain a POSITIVE attitude.

Attend menu classes daily.

Set up buffet for each meal and maintain appearance and food temperature.

Keep buffet stocked and clean at all times.

Be knowledgeable of proper food handling techniques and sanitation rules.

Break down buffet at end of shift and complete all side work duties.

Additional duties may include assisting in other positions within the department, i.e. host/hostess, food runner, and servers.
