Maintenance Office Clerk

Job Summary:

Six Flags Great Adventure is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support the Maintenance Division with execution of the Maximo Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This position will report to the Maintenance Business Analyst. Daily responsibilities will include monitoring EAS, approving timesheets in Optim8, monitoring documentation in Maximo and assisting the Team with tablet issues.

Responsibilities Include:

Provides technical and business assistance, input, recommendation and training as required.

Maintain documentation and files in Maximo as well as the File Room

Provides the department managers and project managers with appropriate reports

Work closely with Human Resources to manage time sheets for the Maintenance Division

Correspond with vendors to support Purchasing and Invoicing

Manage receiving process of goods and services to ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors

Perform all other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidates Possess:

Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office Suite) required

Excellent interpersonal skills

Communicates and influences effectively

Excellent oral and written communication including presentation skills

Self-motivated and accountable

Ability to work varied shifts and weekends

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in variable types of weather and temperatures.

Ability to uphold Guest First Standards as set forth by company policy
