The Emergency Service Line Senior Nurse Director will report to the CNO. They will be responsible for the operational, financial and administrative aspects of the Service Line. The Emergency Services Senior Director will work directly with the hospital-wide leadership team to ensure that organizational values are met as well as maintaining exceptional quality care.

The RN Senior Director will be responsible for overseeing an Adult, Childrens and Behavioral Health Emergency Room. The Emergency Services RN Senior Director will be responsible for roughly an average yearly census 90,000. A Bachelor's Degree is required, Masters preferred along with a strong clinical background in Emergency Services with several years of management experience is required.
