Responsibilities of the Customer Resolution Representative:

Handle customer issues and complaints in calm and reasonable way that corresponds with the company policy and company core values.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Follow up to ensure resolution of all customer complaints and issues.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Communicate with department managers and your supervisor to do the same.

Communicate clearly, show recognitions and build rapport with employees.

Maintaining permits and completing pulling the appropriate permits.

Shape company culture by living out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements for the Customer Resolution Representative:

Experience in the Home Services Industry preferred but not required.

Experience in pulling permits.

Extreme attention to all details

Ability to stay calm when dealing with upset/irate customers.

Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.

Quick, sound decision-making abilities.

Strong verbal and written communications.

Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.

Works well in a fast-paced environment.
