Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Participate in a hands-on 6-week training experience in our Outbound Department. Work independently to compile and ship orders based on customer specifications. Review orders prior to packaging for accuracy and quality. Progress in your warehouse career to increasingly more independent and advanced roles.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Thrive in a fast-paced and coaching environment. You model safe behaviors and compassion for your peers. Dedicated to excellent attendance. Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Warehouse Lead / Supervisor

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers). Cross-train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts. Provide overnight / night hands-on support for the department.

Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives. Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist with implementation.

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast-paced distribution operation preferred. Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented. Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred. Warehouse Department Manager

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Manage day-to-day operations of a specific warehouse department. Lead and develop a warehouse department team to deliver unparalleled customer service. Maintain high levels of accuracy in your daily warehouse department operations. Monitor warehouse performance and quality standards.

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of warehouse procedures. Strong problem-solving skills. Warehouse Manager

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Manage overnight / night operations of warehouse, including:

returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversions. Lead and develop overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service. Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight/night operations. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Management experience required. Knowledge of warehouse procedures. Strong problem-solving skills. Equipment experience preferred. Performance metrics and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience a plus.

Custodian / Janitor

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Monday - Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM (Plus a $2 Shift Differential). Sunday - Thursday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM (Plus a $2 Shift Differential). Perform general labor tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies. Clean restrooms and locker rooms. Sweep, mop, dust racks, yard and building maintenance among other janitorial duties.

Set up and clean employee workspaces. Remove trash from all areas. Assist with meeting set-up and teardown. Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor. Operate floor scrubber (electric or propane) and other equipment. Escort external vendors as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years custodial experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs. Benefits
