What may some of your day look like?

Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) information for all building operating systems.

Maintain the various building systems, including but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety.

Execute the preventive maintenance services of various building operating systems and equipment, performing and/or delegating tasks accordingly.

Respond to online service requests, ensuring that work is performed professionally, efficiently and with minimum amount of disruption to the client.

Assist with installations of new and/or replacement equipment as required.

Review the quality and pricing of work performed by outside contractors/vendors.

Maintain a detailed inventory of parts and equipment, submitting replacement requests as necessary.

Here is who should apply:

Required:

High school diploma or GEDAn EPA Universal3+ years of experience in building maintenance to include electrical, HVAC, and plumbing

An electrical and mechanical aptitude

Experience with Work order systems

The ability to work with multiple computerized systems throughout the building

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - 8 hour shifts with some flexibility on start and end times.
