The Assistant RN Manager PACU will report to Nurse Manager of

Perioperative

Services andwill help lead the daily operations of thedesignated unit. The Assistant

RN Manager

PACUwill oversee the personnel management and staff scheduling for the unit, lead quality control and performance improvement projects, help train and orient new nurses and employees, ensure regulatory readiness, and assist the Nurse Manager as needed. The Assistant RNManager

PACUwill hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and serve as a clinical expert and provide direct clinical care as needed.
