Home Health RN

An exciting opportunity to work as a Home Health RN is now available in the greater New York area.

The Home Health RN will work for a top-ranked health system whose mission is to provide compassionate health care focused on the uniqueness and dignity of each person we serve, in an environment that promotes, embraces and honors the diversity of our global community.

This health system is recognized for their acute care hospitals, outpatient specialties, physician practices and home health services. The Home Health RN will be based out of one of a 300+ bed state-of-the-art medical center.

The Home Health RN will have the autonomy to make individualized patient-centered decisions utilizing your critical thinking skills to prevent hospitalizations and promote patient’s recovery and healing at home.

Qualifications

Clinical background working as a critical care, medical-surgical, Long Term Home Health Care (LTHHC) or Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA)

BSN or ? competed and actively enrolled in a BSN program

Registered Nurse license in New York (or willing to obtain temporary license prior to starting)

Valid driver’s license and current automobile registration and insurance

Residing in the greater New York area, the Home Health RN will work at a facility located just outside of New York City, easily commutable from the city or suburbs of New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. When the Emergency Department Social Worker isn’t working, they can enjoy the surrounding area filled with delicious food and endless entertainment.
