Prefer candidates who are open to working in a Hybrid model from any of our offices (New York City (NY), Bridgewater (NJ), Boston (MA), Norwalk (CT), Chicago (IL), Atlanta (GA)We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Employee Communications leader to drive communications and engagement programs for our Insights, North Americas region.

This will be an important role in owning the communications efforts across our North America market. The successful candidate will help deliver creative and impactful communications and engagement programs to inform, encourage and engage employees across North America.

In addition, this role will partner with the Group Employee Communications & Engagement team and the other Insights regional communications leads to ensure our Global Insights business has a joined up and consistent approach across the division and Kantar.

This role will own and deliver the overall Insights, Americas communications and engagement strategy and plan, identifying the right channels, voices, and messages to use, including feedback, and listening.

This role will report into the CEO, Insights Americas, with strong alignment into the Group Head of Employee Communications & Engagement to ensure coordination and consistency across the business.

Responsibilities include

Partnering with the Chief Executive Offer, Insights Americas and Chief People Officer, Insights Americas and other key regional leaders, develop the Insights, North Americas narrative to support business priorities, aligning with the overall global Insights and Kantar narrative and priorities.

Developing and delivering a creative internal communications strategy and plan for the region including:

Communications cadence for CEO, Insights, Americas, and other key executives

Owning and delivering key communications events including town halls, Ask me Anything sessions.

Developing channel strategy for Insights, Americas internal communications, supporting the overall Insights / Kantar internal communications channel / platform approach (Workplace, The Source etc)Coaching leaders on best practice communications, helping the Insights, Americas leadership team communicate optimally with employees, and helping to craft local market IC approaches as required.

Working with our marketing and external communications colleagues to ensure joined up internal / external campaigns and messaging.

Working with internal communications leads in other Insights regions, Operations, Technology and Product, and the Group communications team, help shape and deliver global programs into the region.

Building a network of communications champions to help embed messages within Markets and build communications capability across the region.

What you’ll bring to the role

Strong internal and change communications experience in global organizations, with experience in companies that have been through transformational change.

Experience with working directly with senior executives and helping them communicate as authentic leaders.

A creative approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.

Ability to take ownership of a project from beginning to end, and to work at pace across multiple projects.

A clear understanding of how internal communications can support the people agenda and employee engagement.

Clear, succinct, and engaging copywriting (and editing) skills, with the intuition to flex style to engage with different audiences from different perspectives.

Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, flexible and agile in responding to change, and able to influence people from across the organization.

Able to talk big picture comms strategy and deliver the day-to-day tactics.10+ years of communications experience

The salary range for this role in New York is $123,500.00 - $205,900 . Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
