This family centered birth and maternity center is designed to provide a welcoming environment for mothers, partners and loved ones. The NICU Registered Nurse will work in the Level 2 NICU alongside a team of registered nurses and technicians, reporting to the Nurse Manager.

The NICU Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to the newborns, act as a resource to new-mothers and families, stay up to date on the current patient care treatment plans, and assist the Nurse Educator with new-hire education. The NICU Registered Nurse will be a compassionate individual that can maintain an even temperament when delivering difficult information.

This individual will have previous experience working in a Level 2 NICU / Mother Baby Special Care Nursery, hold an active RN license, and is available to work either a 10-hr or 12-hr day shift.

The NICU Registered Nurse will work at an acute care hospital located on the coast of New Jersey.
