This 402-bed full-service hospital has been awarded for its ongoing commitment to care excellence and offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER.

This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is a regional leader in improving and enhancing the standards of healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of women's health issues. As the Nurse Director, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, overseeing a team of dedicated nurses, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to women of all ages.

You will also promote a culture of safety and excellence by implementing evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.

The Nurse Director Women’s Services will be supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

Experience working in acute care setting

Current RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire

Ability to communicate effectively
