10:00pm – 6:00am (Sunday – Thursday)

Production Responsibilities:

• Dump ingredients into machines to keep lines running- Pick up materials from pallet or hand truck and place ingredients into machines - Follow schedule to run proper product - Clean equipment and area - Inspect and verify materials being used - Track waste - Record production- Review and maintain accurate records and specifications - Maintain area in accordance with AIB, BRC and HACCP standards - Return unused product to inventory

Requirements for Production:- Able to lift up to 50lbs- Able to perform repetitive work - Strong attention to detail
