Education? Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing? BSN Required, OR obtained within 3 years of start date

Experience / Qualifications? RN- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida? BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers through American Heart Association? ONS Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Certfication? ONCC Certification Preferred

Skills and Abilities? Knowledge and familiarity with health care delivery systems, nursing process, and concepts ofcase coordination.? Knowledge of personal computers, hospital information systems, and patient care applications.? Knowledge of and ability to utilize the principles of adult learning.? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to participate on and/or lead teams effectively.? Ability to develop solutions to problems, and to lead staff through the change process.? Ability to articulate ideas and knowledge both verbally and in writing, in a concise manner.
