Overview:

The Community Association Banking (CAB) Executive manages the group responsible for providing deposit, payment, treasury and loan services to Property Management firms managing HOAs. The CAB Executive provides strategic leadership and direction for Community Association Banking distribution and relationship management channels to ensure continued growth and profitability.

Ensures the development and execution of sales and service strategies, programs and objectives resulting in an increase in growth, profitability and efficiency.

Location preference is West Coast or Pacific time zone, but open to other locations. The CAB team is located across the country. Responsibilities:

Regional Oversight - Works closely with regional executives and other business leadership to implement processes, business plans, and initiatives that improve regional efficiencies and production. Identifies areas of improvement and implements targeted solutions.

Leads the review, approval, or appeal of specific, escalated credits as necessary. Participates in the regional planning and budget processes. Provides guidance on market challenges and other complex issues.

Market Strategy - Develops strategies for the acquisition and development of CAB client relationships. Maintains a strong knowledge of evolving industry, market, and client trends in order to leverage revenue-earning opportunities. Drives new business growth and profitability objectives through internal sales partnership and market expertise.

Ensures the alignment of regional business plans with wider strategic goals.

Risk Management - Regularly consults with credit risk partners to ensure common understanding and application of policies that drive performance across the commercial platform. Exercises sound judgment in decision making within assigned credit authority.

Ensures compliance throughout daily activities with all applicable regulations, credit policies, and guidelines.

Executive Functions - Responsible for the oversight and maintenance of a high-performance leadership team. Directs management efforts to enhance department performance and cost-effectiveness. Develops plans to recruit, hire, and retain talent that sustains long-term business growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of experience in financial services with a minimum of 5 yearsleadership experience or High School diploma and 19 years of experience in financial services with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience.

Preferred experience is 5+ years leading the Community Association Banking function including sales/lending, servicing and support teams.
