The Hospital Nurse Manager Maternal Child will oversee the day to day operations of the unit and report to the Nursing Director. They will need to be a strong experienced leader who can oversee standards and prioritization of care as well as promote accountability.

The Nurse Manager will have the support of a Clinical Nurse Lead and a Nurse Educator. The RN Manager will be responsible for maintaining and continuing evidence based best practice and superior care all while maintaining the departmental budget and its policy and procedures.
