Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain Finance
The Senior Financial Analyst of Supply Chain Finance will be the financial lead responsible for understanding and enhancing cost visibility on the following key elements:
warehousing, stock movement, and transfer freight. This role will actively support management cost down initiatives, month-end accounting close activities, reporting and inventory control processes. This position will partner with a variety of people within the business unit, inclusive of Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations Finance, Commercial Finance, Accounting, and FP&A.

The Senior Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to join as an integral member of the Refresco network, at the world's largest independent bottler of beverages.
Key Accountabilities:
The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:
Partner with the Plant Operations team and other various cross functional departments to assess warehousing and transfer freight costs, as well as supply chain/operational constraints
Partner with the Commercial Finance team with best efforts to recoup warehousing costs
Lead cost visibility reporting in the following areas:
warehousing, stock movement, & transfer freight
Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, and Procurement to delegate, monitor, and facilitate communication of key performance indicators for Transfer Freight & sustainability
Actively partner with all levels of management to support cost improvement and visibility, adhoc analysis for cost down initiatives, and establish KPI programs
Support the Supply Chain Finance planning process for budget and forecast on select cost elements.
Support ongoing routines to validate, track, and report on warehousing cost, pallet inventory, sustainability, and utilities.
Partner with Cost Accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Lead continuous improvement in all key accountabilities
Support the annual inventory control processes, including inventory roll forwards, physical counts, and ongoing plant assessments
Support month end closing activities including:
accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to provide fact-based recommendations across various levels of management
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and build working relationships
This position will need to utilize SAP and Excel to navigate through large data sets and summarize findings into a management level communication
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency working in Excel and Power
Point is required. Experience working in Power
BI and/or other analytical tools preferred.
Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions
Strong time management skills, task prioritization, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks with changing priorities, work in a fast paced environment, concisely summarize ideas, and provide solutions
Education and Experience:
Bachelors of Sciences degree. Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Supply Chain and CPG experience preferred.
Finance or Accounting accreditation preferred but not required (e.g. CFA, CA, or CPA)
Working Conditions:
Physical- Regular requirements to sit and enter data in the computer
Visual/Sensory- This position requires to be able to work long hours in front of the computer
Work environment- Located at the Tampa Corporate Office
Mental Stress- There is pronounced pressure from meeting deadlines, schedules, and accurate work output
