The HR Data Analyst will support HR reporting and analytics, system configuration and testing, and other related projects. The role will partner with the Workforce Analytics Team to partner with teams within the HR organization to support ad-hoc and custom report and data requests, translate HR business needs to technical requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality.

Responsibilities:

Within Workday and other tools, utilize standard reports and create custom reports to complete ad-hoc data requests accurately and in a timely manner.

Identify opportunities for development of dashboards and other self-service or automated data solutions.

Partner with internal/external clients to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Proactively work to improve reporting (value-add, efficiency, quality, speed) and delivery processes considering all available technologies.

Support current system integrations and assist in requirements gathering and buildout of new integrations

Support bi-annual Workday release cycles and other system upgrades, including regression testing, documentation, and implementation.

Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:0-2 years experience working with data in a technical role

Understanding of databases and data structures

Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Business

Objects, or similar)\Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power

Point

Workday experience, including building custom reports and dashboards, is a plus

Experience working in the HR functional area is a plus
