The Role:

As the Clinical Nurse Manager for Perioperative Services, you'll have 24-hour responsibility for planning, facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating patient care services, personnel, and budgeting processes within our cutting-edge Surgical Services Department.

With 20 OR suites and a hybrid OR, our medical center is a Level 1 trauma center that performs approximately 70 cases per day, encompassing all service lines except for transplant. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of our community.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required), Master's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina
• National Certification in Nursing (required within 1 year of hire)
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the direct area of responsibility
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a related area
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Flexibility to work variable hours, weekends, and on-call duties as needed
