HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

The Equipment Sales Director will lead, develop, and manage our Carwash Sales Manager and Equipment & Service Sales team.

This position is responsible for developing objectives aligned with our annual growth strategies and is directly accountable for setting and executing the strategic sales and margin business plan as it pertains to the profit and loss of equipment installation, service & parts, and carwash chemicals.

This position must demonstrate strong leadership skills related to sales activity and associated in-field performance, integrate CRM (salesforce.com) processes and dashboard metrics into daily sales activities, build accountability into everyday infield thinking, and demonstrate the value of effective coaching.

We are seeking a highly collaborative individual to collaborate with our Technology, Lab, Marketing Team, and external vendors to develop and support equipment & product and wash solutions enhancements and product line management. Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience with Lube-Tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Line Management

Profit, Margin and Financial Management

Direct Management of Sales Management, Sales Project Management, Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives

General Responsibilities:

Hire, develop, mentor, and train new teammates

Review and approve credit card transactions

Review and approve timesheets

Employee engagement and team meetings

Maintain and promote a safe workplace

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience and/or Training

Car wash industry experience or capital equipment sales experience preferred

10+ plus years related sales & leadership experience

Extensive knowledge of operations, supply chain management, service, strategic sales planning and installation processes

Demonstrated success in developing departmental budgets including expense/cost management and capital planning. Ability to read, interpret, and explain financial statements and related operating reports.

Licenses/Certificates:

Valid Driver License

Technology/Equipment:

Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills related to pivot tables and data analysis.
