This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

Work with branches and leadership to develop purchasing forecasts, transitions to new equipment and retirement of old equipment. Negotiate equipment purchases with vendors. Manage equipment maintenance including resolving any equipment issues, training staff on proper procedures and coordinating service with vendors.

Conduct annual audits to ensure optimal operation processes and identify best practices. Identify, research and recommend new equipment technologies like automation and robotics. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in warehousing, engineering project management and safety. Frequent travel to Uline’s branch and international locations. Benefits
