Senior Clinical Quality Nurse

Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Senior Clinical Quality Nurse will provide support for the Quality Outcomes Program for the organization. The Senior Clinical Quality Nurse will be responsible for developing strategies and processes to improve, enhance, and ensure safe and quality patient care and improved patient outcomes.

Working closely with fellow Quality Team members and Quality Leadership, the Senior Clinical Quality Nurse will analyze data and create reports to measure benchmarks of care.

In addition, the Senior Clinical Quality Nurse will collaborate with the interdisciplinary teams across departments to provide patient safety education to the staff at all levels to ensure benchmarks of care are being met and to provide feedback to the departments regarding patient safety protocols.
