Additional Information

The Route Driver operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is integral to our success.

Operate service truck to and from pre-designated work sites based on assignment information

Inspect, clean and store toilets and sinks at customer work sites

Troubleshoot and address basic repair and maintenance as needed on-site as to not disrupt the customer experience

Report all special maintenance requests and/or equipment replacements

Work with office staff to keep updated on service schedule changes throughout the day and adapt to changes as needed

Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with ASC and DOT requirements

Maintain a clean and fully stocked truck

Conduct all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with ASC and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries

Interact with customers on-site to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard

Carry out duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during the work shift

Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as give the customer the best service possible

Perform other duties as assigned
