WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Receptionist/ Cashier, you will be the face and voice of our branch. You will have the first opportunity to give our customers an excellent experience and ensure their needs are met, which makes you crucial to our team’s success. When you are not assisting customers, you will perform various administrative duties to support the branch and managers, as well as complete various duties including assisting with accounts payable inquiries and expense reporting, taking customer payments, preparing bank deposits, and more! To thrive in this role, you must have a winning attitude, a customer service mindset, and enjoy working in a team environment.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.

Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce experience is preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$19-24/hr (Depending on Experience)
