Position Summary:

This position is a team member working under the direction of the Program Manager ? Cardiac Cath Lab to provide quality care that is focused on the comfort and wellbeing of the patient and family. The technologist is responsible for providing technical support during a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.

This is a technical level position requiring a service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills for the purpose of delivering care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups. Independent decision-making is expected in the execution of daily routine duties.

Decisions regarding patient care or services require the direction and approval of the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Registered Nurses. Internal contacts include patient care staff and management. External contacts include physicians and patients.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist certification

Current AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR certifications at time of hire
