What We Are Seeking 5+ years' roofing (commercial) experience, w/ experience supervising and leading crews

Experience with various commercial roofing systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to work and communicate with others

Ability to instruct and lead new crew members

Ability to learn and follow our extensive company safety policy
