A reputable Medical Center in Central Delaware is looking for their next Emergency Department Nurse Manager. The Emergency department Nurse Manager will be responsible for allocating resources to prompt efficient, safe and high quality healthcare based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.

The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will be providing leadership and support to its Emergency Department and serving as a positive change agent to the service line. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager will have support from its leaders and full time employee'ssuccessfullyoperating the ED.
The Nurse Manager of the Emergency department will participate in departmental based improvement overseeing more than 50 ED beds and a stand alone ER nearby. Requirements include:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing, BSN required, Masters highly preferred
Active BLS, and Delaware RN Licence
Previous Emergency Services leadership experience and expert knowledge of service line.
