The Area Manager is an integral operational leader, proactive in fostering and nurturing a positive client-focused relationship. The Area Manager manages multiple client sites to ensure we are delivering the best client experience. This role is based in North Texas (Dallas or Fort Worth preferred) to support our aerospace clients and have oversight for approximately 90+ employees.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Achieve company goals by providing the leadership, management and oversight necessary to ensure that the area’s portfolio of business has the proper solutions, products, metrics and talent in place to effectively grow the organization and meet/exceed defined revenue and profitability targets and other KPIs.

Resolve client issues and concerns with agility and professionalism. Establish organizational protocols and systems to identify client issues, trends, and opportunities and effectively integrate them into area strategies.

Ensure contracted service is delivered to client and completed to client’s specification and is the point of escalation for client questions and concerns.

Lead contract renegotiations (union included) and actively seeks new service opportunities

Ensure site staff and management understands and execute their responsibilities in a consistent, safe, and sanctioned matter Buildcross-functional department relationships centered on executing company strategy

Leverage Servicon's commitment to diversity and inclusion to extend Servicon's reach in surrounding communities

Develop metrics for portfolio supply inventory for budgeting and client contract negotiations to include but not limited to cost savings

Participatein strategic planning meetings with leadership

Stay abreast of industry standards related to cleaning techniques, supplies, and tools, identifying opportunities to leverage these resources with specific client sites or tasks. WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in Facility Services, Aerospace Operations, Manufacturing, or a related industry and Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related studies preferred

Market Industry Knowledge and strong business agility

Strong operations focus and experience demonstrated with fiscal management expertise

Demonstrated experience working with union contracts

Ability to quickly analyze data and draw conclusions

Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams

Strong commitment to high-level service and quality standards

Demonstrated ability to manage service execution and contract deliverables

Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power

Point), Salesforce, Kronos/UKG (or similar HR, Timekeeping, Payroll systems), and similar corporate systems.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, and a driving record that aligns with company standards.

Ability to obtain a Government

Security Clearance or Live Scan (sector specific)Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Ability to travel between local locations approximately 25%Ability to travel to HQ as needed

Must be a US Citizen or US Person
