Job Summary:
Job duties include the completion of roof leak repairs and preventative maintenance activities, assessing damage, locating leaks, and performing quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner. As a Roofing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for completing the repairs with you crew, while documenting each step of the process.
You will travel to job sites using the company vehicle, serve as a leader, mentor, and work collaboratively with a crew of 1-2 Technicians. Most of your time is spent outdoors inspecting damage, loading, and unloading materials, tools onto the roof, setting up fall-restraint and safety equipment, and completing repairs.

A Day in the LIfe
Investigate and identify roof leaks on all roof types.
Complete repairs and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems
Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects
On-call availability to respond to emergency leaks (additional compensation)Follow all safety rules and procedures given
What We Are Seeking
Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems:
PVC, TPO, EPDM, Metal roofing
Able to remove, repair, and install PVC, TPO, EPDM, and other roof components gutters, soffit, fascia, flashing, etc.
Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile phone apps
Determine life expectancy and conditions of roof surfaces.
Provide recommendations for additional roof work or maintenance. Comfortable working outdoors year-round
Comfortable with heights and climbing scaffolding
Able to lift heavy material daily Basic knowledge of different types of fall-restraint equipment (PPE), job site safety
Beneficial knowledge; not required:
Built-up, Modified Bitumen, and metal roofing systems.
