As the Executive

Hospital Lab Director will have the opportunity to make a real impact on patient care in the community. As the Hospital Lab Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the hospital laboratory, including staffing, budget management, and quality control. You will work closely with the Hospital Administration, Lab Manager and Laboratory Techs to develop and implement strategies for improving lab efficiency and accuracy, and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the lab on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal Executive

House Lab Director candidate will have:

Progressive acute care leadership experience

Multi-site experience

A strong understanding of medical laboratory standards and best practices and familiarity with state and federal compliance agencies
