Leidos and our Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Recruiting & Outreach to lead an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.

The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

Conducts outreach to colleges and Universities

Provides expert assistance in administration, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures and practices associated with HC leadership and management of the IC CAE program

Prep Congressionally Directed Actions

Develop issue papers, talking points

Monitors University Grants to encourage students to consider the IC an employer

Conduct Summer Seminars with Universities

Plans outreach meetings

Interfaces:

DNI (HC, HRM, EEO, DEI), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, NARSIL Task 7, and DEIA Lead

Processes/Activities:

Set up Seminars, conduct outreach (in person, virtual), Monitor Federal Grants

Tools:

MS Office, Web

Ex, MS Teams

Basic Qualifications

Requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.

TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00
