Our Client is hiring full-time CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers in Kansas City, KS. - Direct Hire!

Our Client has been providing top tier freight solutions for companies both small and large for over 12 years, and have freight logistics training from some of the top 30 brokerage companies. Compensation:

Up to 62 CPM, paid empty or loaded, based on experience

Average weekly miles:

3,000 miles depending on route

Guaranteed Pay:

$1,000 per week. Must be available 4 days during the week

Additional Pay:

34-hour reset break, $85 per reset over the road. Maximum of 1 reset per week

Breakdown Pay:

$150 per day if no replacement unit is available

Layover Pay:

$125

Detention Pay:

$20 per hour after 2 free hours

Clean inspection report:

$50

Extra holiday pay:

$150 incentive for driving on a holiday (7 holidays per year)

Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

Home time:

Out for two weeks on average

Route:

OTR Routes, round trip:

Kansas City to Nevada; Kansas City to PNW (Pacific Northwest, OR & WA)

Level of Touch:

Combination No-touch freight, Drop/Hook

Brand new 2024 trucks! New model 2019-2024 Freightliner Sleepers

Refrigerators, XM Radio, New Mattresses

Automatic Transmission

Governed Speed:

73 MPH on the pedal, 70 MPH on cruise

Outward cameras, event triggered

Qualifications:

Must be at least 23 years of age

Must have CDL A license

Must have a minimum of 2 year verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record

No severe violations in the last 3 of 5 years, including DUI/DWI, drug/alcohol, felony, etc.

No more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years, including reckless/careless/inattentive driving, driving with suspended license, speeding 15+ over limit, etc.

No more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years, including speeding less than 15 over limit, lane change, improper turn, etc.

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations

Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen

Must be able to pass background check
