Job Summary:

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of commercial construction roofing trade. Provide timely and quality installation of all assigned roofing projects in the field. Perform installation and repair of PVC and vinyl type flat roofs of commercial buildings.

Work in new install, replacement of previously installed/damage, and repair of asphalt and TPO roofing systems

What We Are Seeking5+ years of commercial roofing experience

Managed a roofing crew for a minimum of 3 years

Work at heights while following safety protocols

Experience in Install and/or replacements of a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM and PVC, Sheet Metal, BUR, Cold SBS, Flashing, Roof and coating systems (acrylic and silicone)Install vapor barriers and/or layers of insulations on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams.

Ability to read and interpret Blueprints

Good mathematical, reading and time management skills

Conduct hands on training of new crew members Complete and maintain proper daily paperwork

Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy
